We represent clients in state and federal courts, in contractual and judicial arbitration, and in administrative matters before various agencies. Those agencies include the Office of Administrative Hearings, the State Personnel Board, the Department of Labor, the Office of Civil Rights, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
