Founded in 1981, we are among only a handful of Sacramento firms to be selected for listing in the Civil Trial Practice section of Martindale-Hubbell's prestigious Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and have been given the highest rating (a.v.) in that publication's confidential survey of the other lawyers in the community. Attorneys in our firm have received national recognition for their legal work, lecture in continuing education programs for other lawyers, and have authored articles in national and statewide publications.

We represent insurance carriers, self-insureds, retailers, large and small businesses, professionals (including accountants, lawyers, and insurance brokers), public entities (including cities, counties, and school and college districts), landlords and property managers, and newspapers and broadcasters. Several of our clients have asked us to monitor the performance and cost of other counsel in addition to handling claims.
