Personal Injury. We have had great success in defending personal injury actions on primary assumption-of-risk grounds, which has resulted in a precedent-setting published decision.

 

Premises Liability. We routinely handle the defense of slip-and-fall accidents on behalf of both public entities, private businesses, homeowners, and landowners. We have successfully disposed of numerous actions on the grounds that there was lack of notice, that no dangerous condition existed, or that the alleged condition constituted a trivial defect as a matter of law.

 

We have also successfully defended a number of landowners concerning third-party assaults and other criminal activity, including wrongful death claims.

 

Products Liability. We defend manufacturers, distributers, and retailers of products ranging from tractor-trailer rigs to small hand-held tools alleged to have caused serious injuries and death.
