Joshua H. Willert

 

Joshua H. Willert attended undergraduate school at the University of California at Davis, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Political Science, and minors in Philosophy and American Studies.  Joshua remained in Northern California while obtaining his J.D. degree from the University of the Pacific's McGeorge School of Law in May of 2004, graduating with distinction and earning Witkins Awards in First Amendment, Remedies, and Copyright Law.  He is currently admitted to the State Bar of California and United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.

 

From the time he was admitted to the California State Bar in 2004, Joshua has practiced in many areas of civil litigation, focusing primarily on legal malpractice, employment law, premises liability, medical malpractice, and workers' compensation
