On behalf of insurance carriers and private companies and individuals, we have successfully defended actions for infringement of trade dress, trademark, and copyright, as well as dealt with insurance coverage issues arising from such cases.

 

The subject matter of cases we handle is as broad-based as are our clients. Examples include anti-drug abuse slogans, eyeglass straps, logos and trade names for home services companies, computer instruction manuals, software, and a popular psychology treatise.
